Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants and maintain data for product registrations.
• Being the first point of contact for questions from customers and colleagues of the regulatory department.
• Provide the necessary information and prepare certificates for customer enquiries. And declarations.
• Managing document systems for Regulatory documents and certificates.
• Assisting the team in the preparation and follow-up of product safety data sheets and related data management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• A higher education diploma of short type in chemistry and related subjects or equivalent through experience.
• Experience and understanding of regulations.
• Strong communications skills.
• Sets the right priorities and ensures independent completion of projects while respecting deadlines.
• A confident team member.
• Ability to quickly process new information.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
• Knowledge of CLP or GHS is a plus.
