SEGULA Technologies UK are looking to employ a dedicated Recruitment Business Partner who is happy to support the UK team's ongoing growth in the Automotive Industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work from our offices in Derby or Luton (hybrid option available).


Job Description:


  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Automotive Hiring Managers and our Key Clients to identify current and future personnel needs.
  • Working with the Hiring Managers on business proposals to increase our engineering project portfolio and hiring demand.
  • Creating informative, engaging and inspiring social media content to increase our brand visibility.
  • Creating and reviewing job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language.
  • Working in cooperation with the HR Team and Immigration Partners to oversee the onboarding of new hires in the Automotive division.
  • Leading on or supporting international projects with colleagues from SEGULA offices in other counties.
  • Hosting and participating in recruitment events and supporting our diversity initiatives.
  • Visiting our Automotive clients, to understand our project and client portfolio.
  • Producing various reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in the roles of Recruiter, Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager could give you a good basis to feel comfortable in this role.
  • Understanding of engineering recruitment requirements and of roles and deliverables within the Automotive industry.
  • Ability to maintain and develop the relationship with Clients.
  • Sound understanding of how an engineering service providers operate.
  • Displaying strong competencies in the field of customer orientation, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation.
  • Desire to review, improve, create and follow processes.
  • Drive to continuously improve and challenge own thinking.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience and interest in leading on Diversity initiatives.
  • Interest in creating engaging content for social media.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great listening skills.
