Job Outline:

My client, who is a leading technology manufacturer now seeks an I.T. & Systems Support Engineer, to join their team based in Newton Abbot

Working as an IT and Systems Support Engineer, you will support a wide range of IT and system implementations across the business (for UK and US offices), providing day-to-day administrative support for both hardware and software, user management, currentand new networks, telephony, and server systems.

You will provide onsite IT support, as well as manage outsourced helpdesk tickets (wider business support) and ensure compliance with software licensing

You will also help administer cyber essentials and security policy changes and updates and eensure administration and technical IT documentation is maintained.

The role will also include the maintenance of IT/System audits to ascertain and uphold data accuracy of records as well as supporting the onboarding/offboarding process, and keeping up to date with new technology

Skills:

Experience of IT systems administration including desktop and server management

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Application and Azure Active Directory Services

Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint knowledge

Knowledge of Cloud based services, AWS, Backup solutions, Applications

Good documentation and organisation skills
