Senior Data EngineerGlasgow Hybrid working Net Talent are partnered with a Glasgow based market leader who is looking to recruit a Data Engineer to join the organisation.

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, reliable data delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable data pipelines.
Optimize ETL processes for timely data delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Ensure data governance, security, and privacy.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Working with technical stakeholders and helping mentor and up-skill members of the team Qualifications & Experienced required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven hands-on experience in data engineering.

Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Pentaho Integrator and Apache Hop etc Hands on Software engineering skills across design, testing, deployment, documentation and CI/CD.Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
