Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management and processing of accurate order entry onto the system (SAP) Provide initial support to customers where required and observe the need for escalation where necessary to Product Line Managers / Sales Rep Accurately process and managecustomer complaints, ensuring customer is kept up to date through the process
  • Enters customer complaints and reports any problem affecting service to customers to the internal Senior Managers

Required Skills and Experience

What you will bring:

  • Proven track record of working in a commercial B2B / Customer Services/Customer Care or Inside Sales
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills are important
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be a strong advantage
