Summer work available - Work from the comfort of your own home
This is a 1-week assignment. This position is ideal for students/teachers who are looking for a short-term position over the summer holiday period.

The operational hours for this role are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, multiple shift patterns will be available and flexibility may be required.

What you'll need to do:

Be part of a team working in a service delivery environment to deliver excellent customer service, quality, and performance.

What we'll need from you:

Customer focused and able to deal with customers compassionately
Resilient, and able to work in high pressured environments
Availability for the full duration of your assignment
Proficient in spoken and written English
Proof of your right to work in the UK
Attention to detail
GCSE English at grade C or above (or the equivalent)

Essential criteria:

PC literate
Available from 14^thAugust ^th August 202
No annual leave during the training or assignment period
Bring your own device
Anti Virus Software activated and updated Windows 10 or above. No Apple products, Chromebook, tablets
Working headset. Speakers cannot be used
Access to work in a private space without distraction or interruption
Basic knowledge of Higher Education (desirable as training will be provided)
