Monday - Friday: 8.00AM - 4.00PM

Pay Rate: £11.44 PER HOUR

You will be answering Inbound calls speaking to Customers regarding a broad range of information and will involve complaint handling

Day to Day Duties

• Answering calls over the tele and email
• Liaising with internal and external departments
• Responding to customers within set time frame
• Updating company database
• Dealing with complaints

Essential Skills

• Previous tele based customer service is essential
• Confident and professional tele manner

Desirable Experience

• Previous call centre experience and complaint handling would be desirable

What training is provided?

• 2 weeks training is provided
