Hours: 38 hours (8.00am to 5.00pm Mon to Thurs & 8.00am to 3.00pm Friday)

Responsible to:
Production Manager
Our client specialises in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of Off-site Prefabricated solutions for the commercial M&E sectors throughout UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Through continuous investment within their teams, and their facilities, they have grown strongly over the years and established themselves as a leader within the offsite pre-fabrication industry.
Role
The Subcontractor Co-Ordinator primarily manages and oversees the creation of subcontractor tender packages.
This position works closely with the Production Manager and Project Manager to ensure all documentation and tenders required by subcontractors are submitted and all records are kept current in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities of role:
- Proficient use in Adobe software, create, edit, and merge PDF to generate tender packages
- Manage and Maintain subcontractor log to be able to provide status when required
- Liaise with subcontractors and project manager to ensure tender documents are submitted and meets requirements
- Manage and take responsibility of subcontractor weekly meetings
- Provide daily reports to the Production Manager on progress and opportunities for improvement
- Provide feedback to the wider contracts team during the tender process, identifying risks and solutions
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.
Essential Criteria:
- Applicants must have 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, these must include Mathematics and English Language
- Good Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Organised, can set and manage priorities based on company objectives
- Ability to multitask across several contracts and meet deadlines
- Ability to take ownership of their duties and a willingness to grow and learn within their team and the company
- Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Desired Criteria:
- An understanding of mechanical and electrical materials within the construction/engineering sector
- Previous experience working in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing background.
