Develop and upkeep the customer database, focusing on both new and inactive accounts
Execute telephone and marketing campaigns
Furnish precise details about products
Generate quotations for customers
Process orders within the system
Recognise and address customer requirements, suggesting additional products
Collaborate with procurement to place orders with suppliers
Person specification:
Previous experience in the Construction/Events/Manufacturing industry is an advantage
Must have experience in Internal Sales/Customer Service
Computer Literate
