- Assisting with a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential properties
- Preparing correspondence, enclosures and documents and undertaking daily filing, opening closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Liaising with, and build relationships with other professionals involved in property transactions including local estate agents
- Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management
- Using a conveyancing legal case management systems
- Providing quotations to clients and prospective clients both verbally and in writing
- Liaising with clients, agents and other third party professionals
- A good understanding of the Conveyancing process from start to finish
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
