A world-class manufacturer of semi-finished ingredients for ice cream and confectionery is looking for an experienced Area Manager to cover the Midlands and North Wales areas.
This is a key role within this well-known Italian company that is investing heavily in the UK market and offers successful candidates the opportunity to manage multiple quality brands.
We are looking for a professional and highly motivated person who is well organised, tenacious and eager to achieve results.
The candidate must either have previous sales experience in the food industry and ideally have worked in the bakery-pastry, ice cream or beverage sectors.
The role involves weekly travel.Objectives:
Manage an existing customer portfolio, ensuring customers feel valued and building a strong working relationship.
Promote new business by opening new clients, industrial and artisan.
Act as a passionate ambassador for our brands and company.
Provide practical training through demonstrations, etc.
Demonstrate the ability to work and consistently meet targets and KPIsBe motivated in order to achieve set targets within set deadlines, meeting individual and group targets.
