Description

In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating supply products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder's or plumber's merchant environment is essential.

Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone

Taking a proactive approach to plumbing and heating product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.

Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) holding a portfolio of 50 + customers
Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers
Previous sales experience in a plumber's or builder's merchant environment is essential
Strong sales experience is essential for this role
A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate.
