80% ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

£40,000 - £45,000 basic salary (Depending on exp)
plus bonus structure to increase earnings by a genuine £20,000 - £30,000 Y1

We expect you to double your basic in year 2**This is an exciting technical IT / Software / SAAS sales role with a lovely MIX of (80%) Account Management and new sales (20%).

The Digital Solutions Software Sales Accounts Manager will contribute to company growth by achieving assigned sales targets with existing accounts and onboarding new clients.


You will need to be ambitious, good energy, great communication and a desire to learn and want to be face to face with some wonderful account clients.


Key skills:


  • Experience of preparing and presenting winning bespoke software and digital solutions.
  • Energy and passion to generate sales leads using different channels including direct calling, digital marketing and networking.
  • Effective people skills to build long term client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills
  • A proactive and creative approach to selling bespoke solutions.
  • A good level of written and numerical skills and good proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with the use of CRM systems for recording sales activities, planning and reporting

Duties:
For each account, the Account Manager must take ownership of its performance and develop a clear strategy to meet its sales targets


Expected dutiesof the role:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Obtain sufficient knowledge and understanding of assigned accounts, conduct appropriate research, and segment it in order to plan and execute effective sales activities.
  • Meet KPI's for client contact, client meetings and sales pipeline.
  • Generate leads using different channels, including telephone calling, online and face to face meetings, digital marketing and networking.
  • Record all the activities of the assigned accounts into our CRM system, prepare reports for all client meetings and regularly submit sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
  • Direct and create commercial proposals.


A wicked role - earning circa £60,000 uncapped in year 1 with an excellent basic and good benefits and a very supportive team in a dynamic sustainable market.
