My Client is seeking an individual with a strong background in Residential Property matters, eager to thrive in this dynamic and ever-expanding field.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage a diverse caseload, encompassing sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, and new builds).Handle lease extensions and auction transactions proficiently.

Adhere meticulously to the firm's policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
Demonstrable expertise in residential conveyancing, including proficiency in handling complex aspects of the process.
Sound knowledge of referral arrangements coupled with a keen awareness of compliance issues.
