We are working with a highly regarded international law firm in Dubai that is looking to further develop its projects and infrastructure practice through the hire of a partner with expertise in this space.

The firm is headquartered in New York and has coverage across 5 continents. The Dubai office is active in advising on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, real estate developments, infrastructure and energy projects, and international disputes in the region.

The focus for you will be infrastructure and construction projects, helping the firm to develop its offering in this sector and utilising the firm's existing client relationships in order to do this alongside actively winning new business.

The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with experience of leading project transactional work, ideally in the Middle East. A portable book of business is but not essential for this position and applications from excellent senior associates/counsels will be considered. Arabic skills would be advantageous.
