Criteria:


  • Excellent level of customer service skills.
  • Experience in 2nd and 3rd line IT support.
  • Knowledge of emerging technology and current industry best practices.
  • Qualification, degree or equivalent experience in IT
  • ITIL certification ideal, not essential
  • Experience in a specialist technical support environment for both hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Quality endtoend ICT Service
  • Providing level 2 and 3 technical support.
  • Lead
, monitor and manage the team and their performance

  • Offering seamless support to suppliers/partners.
  • Creating knowledgebased articles for team and customer reference (where necessary)
  • Diagnosing faults with technical systems and taking appropriate action.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technology and industry best practices.
  • Managing the implementation of system upgrades.
