Criteria:
- Excellent level of customer service skills.
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd line IT support.
- Knowledge of emerging technology and current industry best practices.
- Qualification, degree or equivalent experience in IT
- ITIL certification ideal, not essential
- Experience in a specialist technical support environment for both hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality endtoend ICT Service
- Providing level 2 and 3 technical support.
- Lead
- Offering seamless support to suppliers/partners.
- Creating knowledgebased articles for team and customer reference (where necessary)
- Diagnosing faults with technical systems and taking appropriate action.
- Keeping up to date with emerging technology and industry best practices.
- Managing the implementation of system upgrades.
