Location:
Rugby - Hybrid options available

Opportunity:

You will support the supervisors and accounts payable manager to ensure the smooth operation of effective accounts payable function to the business.

Good working knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of COINS would be an advantage
Knowledge of CIS would be an advantage
Previous experience of accounts payable work is desirable
Previous experience of working with a computerised ledger system is desirable
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and to meet deadlines
Oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all other teams and external suppliers and subcontractors
Proven experience at working within a dynamic constantly changing environment
The ability to work as part of a team or independently as required
Confidence to interact confidently with other members of the finance team and wider business
