The team undertake the management of a diverse range of estate businesses in St Albans and the wider region, for varied clients including private families, charitable organisations, and corporate structures.

They offer a range of specialist professional advice, including valuation and rural business consultancy work. Their technical excellence ensures a strong local reputation and challenging but rewarding work.

Deliver the primary day-to-day relationship role with Estate Management clients

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial and residential properties
• Estate business administration, including budgeting and financial reporting
• Leading and collaborating with the work of Estate employees
• Experience in the rural sector from within private practice or resident agent background

Proficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
