    Description
    Design, build and implement modern M365 workplace services. Working closely with Information Security and Support Teams to create services that are secure, consistent, reliable and supportable.

    Heavy focus on Microsoft technologies, with extensive exposure to Azure IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft 365 etc.


    Responsibilities:
    Engaging in Infrastructure Service Design Contributions Implementing new end-user computing services through practical application.
    Developing documentation and procedural support frameworks for services. Designing and deploying technical and procedural cybersecurity measures. Establishing and managing automation for consistent deployment of M365 and Azure resources. Mentoring junior support team members in service utilization and administration. Providing advanced support for incidents, issues, and modifications as part of 3rd line support.


    Required skills:
    Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell or Python)Awareness of cybersecurity best practicesExperience of deployment of and migration to Microsoft 365Exchange Server or Exchange OnlineProven Deployment and management of cloud infrastructure (IaaS)Configuring and managing Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive policiesAD, Azure AD & Conditional AccessStrong TCP/IP networking, subnetting and routing
