    About the role

    Reporting into the Global Head of Executive Hiring, this is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role supporting the co-ordination of Executive Hiring activities enterprise-wide across Haleon. The Executive TA Coordinator at Haleon will work closely with Executive Search Leaders, Executive Assistants of Haleon senior leadership team as well as senior HR leaders and external third parties to ensure a best-in-class recruitment process and effective management of administrative tasks across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

    Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the scheduling of interviews for executive level candidates to meet interview panels members, for both virtual and face to face interviews at VP and above.
  • Help co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for face-to-face interviews where necessary.
  • Support the scheduling of vacancy briefings/debriefings with external search firms.
  • Working with the Executive Hiring team on process improvement with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Ensure an outstanding and effortless candidate experience, anticipating their needs and ensuring they are provided with relevant documentation and information relating to Haleon.
  • Stay connected with candidates to ensure they are ready for upcoming meetings and travel.
    About you:

  • You will have extensive experience either in an Executive Assistant role, or in a Recruitment Co-Ordinator role dealing stakeholders at VP level and above.
  • Experience working with Executive Assistants of Executive Team members to co-ordinate meetings and travel logistics.
  • You have familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • You will have worked extensively across multiple time zones in a multinational organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Recruiting-related experience is highly advantageous.
