About the companyWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FS reg lawyer to join our client's legal team. They are a well-known automotive brand with HQ in Basingstoke.
About the role Provide legal support and advice on a wide range of commercial matters.
Advise on financial regulatory matters, including consumer credit, insurance, AML, and investment products.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for financial services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that could affect the business.
Provide training and guidance to other departments on legal and compliance matters.

Who are you?England & Wales Qualified Solicitor3-5 PQE with experience in FS reg or at a FinTechUnderstanding of commercial and contract lawExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
