Sales Manager - for a Leading HVAC Manufacturer - managing a Sales Team selling into HVAC Contractors & Installers £58k - £65k base salary + £80k OTE

The Position
Cutting edge, state of the art leading HVAC manufacturer seeks an experienced and proven Sales Manager to lead a high performing sales team and continue to expand the sales growth of their most lucrative region in the Midlands.
You will be focussed on managingthe continued sales performance of the sales team but also building key senior level relationships with an extensive number of existing and new HVAC contractor and installer clients.
Not only will you have the benefit of working for a top provider and recognisedbrand in the HVAC industry, you will also be able to offer the latest hybrid and renewable heating and cooling technologies that help them to not only comply with current energy efficiency regulations but to surpass them putting them in the best position towin large long-term future decarbonisation projects.
