Description
RF Brown is Scotland's leading supplier of Containers for hire, sales and self-storage at the Hamilton site.


Historically a family owned business, it has recently been acquired by the new Managing Director Angus Barraclough in partnership with Foresight Group Private Equity.


The business is currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to further strengthen our head office team by supporting the Finance Director and general finance department with the day to day tasks involved in running a busy finance department.

Working from the Hamilton Head Office, general duties will involve:
 Prepare supplier payments

 Process Payroll

 Post purchase invoices

 Managing petty cash

 Assist management accountant with sales invoicing

 Credit control

 Setting up of new customer accounts and maintaining existing account details

 Process expense claims

 Answer incoming accounts calls & monitor inbox

 Processing daily bank

 All finance related admin duties

Experience using accounts packages such as Xero would be extremely beneficial, however not essential.
