    Description

    Our client, a highly respected life science charity focused on supporting promising partnerships and developments in medical science, is looking for a senior business Executive Assistant (EA) to support their CEO. The ideal candidate should have significant executive support experience, preferably at C-suite / Board level. While experience in the life sciences industry is a plus, it's not mandatory. However, a shared passion for enhancing people's lives is essential.

    This Executive Assistant will be an exceptional communicator and a crucial gatekeeper for the CEO, serving as their representative in the business. The role offers autonomy, creativity, and rewards for quick learning, innovative work, and initiative, while maintaining the utmost integrity and discretion with confidential information.

    The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with the team to further the company's objectives and the charity's main goals.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Proactive inbox and calendar management
    • Complex travel planning
    • Oversight of CEO priorities and commitments
    • Internal/external meeting planning
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Providing gatekeeper role for smooth communication
    • Sharing best practices with support staff
    • Additional projects/duties for the organization's benefit

    Salary: Up to £60k, 5% flexible benefits, discretionary bonus, and excellent perks.

    Location: Central London - hybrid working model (approx. 4 days office / 1 day WFH)
