    Building on the charity's solid foundation, your role will be the lead our corporate and partnerships fundraising plan, to help us raise funds that are over and above NHS funding, to create high quality, compassionate care and wellbeing for all.

    This senior role calls for a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Fundraising Manager with significant experience of developing and implementing income generation across corporates, trusts and major donors.

    You will have a proven track record in corporate fundraising, bringing in at least five figure donations.

    You will need to be a dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active fundraiser, who will show enthusiasm for the projects and services we are seeking funds to support.

    Corporate Fundraising, Corporate Events, Trusts and Foundation, Major Donors.


    • Set and lead the operational delivery of financial and non-financial KPIs to underpin a successful corporate fundraising programme and growth strategy including leading on the annual budget setting for Partnership Fundraising alongside the Head of Fundraising.
    • Support the Charity's strategy by securing gift-in-kind and pro-bono support that helps deliver cost saving across the organisation.
    • Oversee portfolio of events and ensure that growth is data driven and yet ambitious.
    • Support the team on recruiting participants for key department events.
    • Support the Head of Fundraising on any high-level partnerships and relationships.
    • To work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement the Partnership Fundraising Strategy in order to significantly grow income through a range of workstreams such as partnerships, payroll giving, sponsorship and cause related marketing.
    • To account manage relevant supporters, as agreed with line manager, developing and delivering a gold standard supporter journey in order to maximise income and develop long term relationships.
    • To work with the whole team to secure sponsorship as required to match the charities

    Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.

    The merger provides an opportunity to reconfigure services in a way that provides the best healthcare services to the city and improves the quality of care and health outcomes that patients experience.

    • Develop data and financial reporting and management information to gain a clear picture of supporter activity, value and performance.
    • Support the Charity's strategy by securing gift-in-kind and pro-bono support that helps deliver cost saving across the organisation.
    • Oversee portfolio of events and ensure that growth is data driven and yet ambitious.
    • Support the team on recruiting participants for key department events.
    • Support the Head of Fundraising on any high-level partnerships and relationships.
    • To work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement the Partnership Fundraising Strategy in order to significantly grow income through a range of workstreams such as partnerships, payroll giving, sponsorship and cause related marketing.
    • To undertake detailed research, identify, proactively approach and secure support from a range of corporate companies, trusts and major donors whose charitable support and corporate social responsibility aims align with the Trust.
    • To account manage relevant supporters, as agreed with line manager, developing and delivering a gold standard supporter journey in order to maximise income and develop longterm relationships.
    • To work with the whole team to secure sponsorship as required to match the charities
    needs around events and other opportunities.

    Working with fellow senior managers, develop cross-team delivery plans to ensure that all teams have sight on activity and ensure synergies are built into plans and work with fellow senior managers in a highly collaborative way to maximise efficiencies and impact.

    Provide management information for the Head of Fundraising and attend meetings as requested.


    • Contribute to the development of the CRM (Raiser's Edge) to achieve a high functioning donor management system with a robust and clear reporting function.

    There may be occasions when the Partnership Fundraising Manager will be asked to assist the department by taking on additional roles or projects which are not specifically listed in this job description.


    • There will be occasions when the Partnership Fundraising Manager will have to attend meetings on behalf of the Head of Fundraising.
    Communications


    • To work with charity and LUHFT colleagues to ensure that all communications and relationships are professional and well managed.
    • To ensure that the hospitals, patients and staff, together with its values and ethos are represented in all activities and not compromised through fundraising activity.
    • To work productively with other departments and colleagues within the hospitals to ensure that fundraising activities are supported and representative of the organisation.
    Contribute to the Charity team development, attending meetings, training and briefings as may be required.


    • Following training perform all duties with minimal supervision and using initiative
    • Ensure complete confidentiality of highly sensitive information in compliance with relevant legislation such as the GDPR, the Fundraising Standards Board codes of Practice and the Trust's code of confidentiality
    • To participate fully in personal appraisal and development review process, and continuous professional development
    • To undertake such other duties as may be required by the Head of Operations or Charity Team
