(ISQ Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Manager (Broilers) for one of our Clients in the Scunthorpe area.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the farm, aiming for the highest standards in welfare, weight, quality, and cost efficiency of stock produced.
Manage and monitor farm conditions including ventilation, heating, feed, water, litter, and lighting
Manage and train farm employees
Attend relevant training courses as recommended by the company
