    The opportunity

    We have a wonderful opportunity for a People Team Deputy to join our brilliant and vibrant head office team. This is a superb newly created opportunity to support the People Team. The role of the People Team Deputy is to engage with our teams, both current and future and work as part of the People Team to develop a quality workforce that sits within a nurturing and happy culture. They will look into new initiatives alongside the Head of People and help to provide the data and ideas required to shape future strategies. As People Team Deputy, your role will be integral in ensuring a quality workforce is recruited, shaping a positive work environment and supporting our team members.

    The day to day

  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at creating a positive workplace cultureAssist in efforts to retain and recruit top talent within the organisationConduct thorough screening interviews, review CVs and applications, and coordinate with the recruitment team to facilitate screening interviews being conducted efficientlyPlay a hands on role in managing and expanding our wellbeing offering, ensuring teams are aware of and actively utilise available benefitsPromote the benefits of working for Majesticare to potential future team members and the social care sectorAnalyse historical and present data to understand trends related to recruitment, retention, sickness and holidaysPlan and execute initiatives to celebrate and recognize the achievements and contributions of our current teams, fostering a positive and appreciative workplace cultureWork towards embodying the Majesticare Vision and Values, with a focus on creating outstanding places to workSupport with event planning and Team Building activitiesThis role will involve travel to our care homes and will include overnight staysThis role is subject to the enhanced criminal record check.
