Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. - Proven experience as a Technical Lead with a focus on MSSQL and database management

- Experience within a tier banking experience ideally our Client infrastructure environments

The MSSQL IT Architect Specialist will work with engineering and application teams to design(Architect) and build solutions and processes to support migration of databases to vendor supported versions. Where required work with application architects and migration teams to support migration.
Database Expertise:
Certified MSSQL SME with design and build experience.
Migration Process Development:
Work closely with the project/migration leads to develop robust migration processes.
Ensure seamless integration of migration strategies with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
