Description

Rutherford is currently partnered with a successful hedge fund that are looking to hire a 'Deputy Head of Compliance'.

The role will work closely with the Head of Compliance on all global compliance matters, including coverage across US, APAC and EMEA.

Be the point of contact for all compliance related questions from the business and investment teams.
Review and develop the global compliance monitoring program and make enhancements where appropriate
Advise senior management and business heads on relevant regulatory change matters.
Conduct compliance monitoring and complete regulatory fillings.
Develop training for investment teams and wider stakeholders.
