    PCS is the Public and Commercial Services Union, representing many thousands of members working in the civil service and related areas.

    We are looking for Executive Officers to support the work of our Union.

    You will organise and prioritise the work of the office and employ changing technologies and methods to improve efficiency.

    You may be asked to work in a confidential environment.

    Providing professional and efficient administrative support, you will maintain the office administration systems, manage diaries, plan and record meetings and undertake follow up action as required, as well as dealing with and drafting replies to correspondence.

    You will plan events and organise travel arrangements and accommodation, undertake projects and manage personal casework as needed. You may also have line management responsibility for staff.

    £41,637 p.a. rising to £46,524 p.a.
