Talent Acquisition Consultant - up to £32k + commission. Coleshill area - 1 day office / 4 days home-working

I am working with a specialist Technology Consultancy that provides project-led Digital Transformation solutions to the Financial Services Sector - both Contract and Permanent recruitment solutions.

PACKAGE - Talent Acquisition Consultant - IT

Basic salary of between £25k and £32k depending on experience
Bonus paid on each placement
OTE c.£10k+
Access to Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, SourceBreaker
Annual training budget per employee
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Pension scheme
Insurance scheme
One day office / 4day home working (flexible)
Monthly and quarterly incentives

CANDIDATE -
Talent Acquisition Consultant - IT

Previous experience in a talent sourcing / resourcing role
Capable of using structured Boolean searches
Social media savvy with excellent social interaction ability on Twitter, Instagram, FB
Able to work at pace when required
Conscientious and will go the extra mile when needed
