    This role is a Senior Finance Business Partner for the PS Store & Loyalty & Network Advertising teams globally working with them to ensure that the performance is challenged and understood.

    This role provides the commercial analytical support to enable the business to measure against financial target KPIs.

    It plays an important role providing support and advise for new propositions/games and promotions as well as driving profitable growth.

    Detail oriented and commercially focused finance business partner to support the PS Store global business working closely with the Commercial & Payments teams.

    Work closely with Loyalty & Network Advertising teams to drive profitable growth in the short and mid-term understanding current performance and assessing new opportunities.

    Commercial modelling and challenge for investment proposals. Providing detailed and accurate modelling as well as commercial challenge.

    Reporting to the Director, D2C Commercial Finance Lead working with a large range of stakeholders across PlayStation globally, responsible for challenging, consolidating and reporting on forecast submissions.

    Coordinates with / consulted by the PS Store Revenue Planning & Global FP&A team on PS Store & Adjacent businesses budget / forecasts / MRP.

    Provide business partnering support to PS Store Commercial team, Loyalty & Network Advertising teams to drive value and growth.

    Perform detailed analysis, e.g., business cases and consumer investment analysis.
    Drive analysis on promo investment and price optimisation/elasticity for new releases, new and back catalogue.

    Analysis on impact of different payments methods to our digital businesses challenging business cases and changes in the marketplace.

    Drive business results through performing what-if / scenario planning through margin
    Ensure alignment between Store, Services, Loyalty and Network Advertising businesses.
    Qualified Accountant or MBA with at least several years relevant PQE in a commercial finance function
    Senior level business partner experience ideally at board or global level
    Strong financial background with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
    Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA level an advantage).
    Experience working with Domo/Tableau/Power BI
    Experience of digital products or subscription services (i.e. online services & entertainment business (Games/ Film / Music)


    Preferred Qualities:
    Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present detailed analyses.

    Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition who thrives under pressure, and is capable of confidently working alongside the most senior stakeholders across the wider business.
