    Caddy Group are seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager for our client based in Essex and the role will be covering projects in London.


    Position Overview:

    As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical contracts related to temporary site services.

    This includes coordinating electrical installations, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical contracting and experience in managing projects within the construction or industrial sectors.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage electrical contracts for temporary site services, including power distribution, lighting, and temporary electrical installations.
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.
    • Oversee the procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery.
    • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
    • Manage project timelines and resources to meet client deadlines and project milestones.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and onsite personnel.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Prepare and submit progress reports, budget forecasts, and project documentation as required.
    • Continuously monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience in electrical contracting and project management.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical contracts for temporary site services.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
