Metalis are currently working with a highly reputable business who are looking for a MIG Welder.

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00

Friday - 07:00 - 13:00

Role Outlined:

Working as a MIG Welder you will be working with a variety of sheet metal performing the necessary welding techniques that are required for each job.

Although it's not the most strenuous role (in terms of lifting) the individual needs to be fit as you are working on your feet and there are occasions where you are moving sheets of metal.

Daily Requirements:

Working as MIG Welder and occasionally using the Robotic Welding machine when required
Reading/ measuring engineering drawings
Working with engineering drawings dimensions and angles
Inspecting own work for quality
Adhering to health and safety and keeping workstations tidy

Personal Profile:

The individual must have experience working as a Welder (apprenticeship isn't essential but experience is required)
Able to work independently and get on with the job required
Physically fit and able to work in a manual role
