    Production Manager

    Warwick

    Metalis Recruitment is partnering with a renowned manufacturing enterprise that, due to growth, seeks a Production Manager to join their ranks.

    The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets
    • Collaborate with various departments such as sales and design to forecast production needs
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a production team to achieve performance goals
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles for operational efficiency
    • Promote a safe work environment and address safety concerns
    • Handle Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
    • Negotiate terms with potential suppliers
    • Monitor production costs and ensure adherence to budgets

    Shifts & Salary:

    • £40,000 per annum
    • Monday - Friday
    • Permanent, Full time

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in tooling or manufacturing
    • Deep understanding of different tooling production processes
    • Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
    • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in production management software
