Description
My client, a people centric and supportive employer with multiple sites across the UK is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team on a fully remote basis; initially for a 6 month FTC.
Reporting into the Head of People and working 100% from home; Duties Include:- Managing complex/escalated ER cases
- Supporting the SLT with design & delivery of People Strategy
- Leading 1 HR Advisor
- Assisting the Head of People with HR projects including Wellbeing & HRIS
- To provide link to partner network in other Filters regions
- Make recommendations to senior management regarding appropriate levels of salary and other benefits
- Partner with the Talent Team on Talent Attraction, Retention & Workforce Planning
- HR Projects
- Be CIPD Qualified
- Have strong Business Partnering experience
- Be confident leaving on complex ER cases
