RMS are currently recruiting for
Production Operatives for our client who are a market leader in the design and manufacture of engineered products in Shildon.


As a Production Operative, you will be working on the Shrink Wrap line, and this is a on-going temporary position with the potential of going permanent.


  • An ability to forward think and problem solve by having an understanding of the process, equipment and the products used.
  • Selfmotivated and work towards achieving set KPI's.
  • Able to work well within a team and as an individual.
  • Able to learn and follow quality expectations/standards.
  • Punctual, selfconscious and willing to be flexible including overtime.
  • Able to work any shift with the correct notice period.
  • Previous Shrink Wrap experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£9.88-£11.85 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
