Description
I'm looking to speak to immediately available HR Business Partners for a 3-6 month contract, starting asap. Candidates will ideally have solid Business Partnering experience within a large Global Matrix Organisation.As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:
Collaborate with local HRBP's and support managers with guidance on individual and team development, policies, and procedures to improve performance.
Strong Business Partnering skills
Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
Excellent Stakeholders Management
Interim HR Business Partner role - 3-6 month contract
The role will be based 1/2 days a week in the Cheltenham office.
