    I'm looking to speak to immediately available HR Business Partners for a 3-6 month contract, starting asap. Candidates will ideally have solid Business Partnering experience within a large Global Matrix Organisation.
    As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:

    • Support the continued transformation and development of the business area and support all people related activity.
    • Deliver and support on the people life cycle activities - recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.
    • Drive recruitment excellence by implementing innovative and effective strategies to attract, select, and retain

    Collaborate with local HRBP's and support managers with guidance on individual and team development, policies, and procedures to improve performance.


    • Engage and collaborate with the wider global HR community to learn, adopt, and share good practices with peers.
    • Provide timely and accurate information in support of Business Reporting, Forecasting and Plan processes
    As the Interim HR Business Partner you should have:
    Strong Business Partnering skills
    Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
    Excellent Stakeholders Management
    Interim HR Business Partner role - 3-6 month contract
    The role will be based 1/2 days a week in the Cheltenham office.
