    Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a leading residential property management and buying agent specialising in the luxury property market in London.

    They are looking to recruit an experienced Portfolio Administrator to join their growing property management department. This position is responsible for coordinating the administrative function for c.100 residential properties, all whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.

    Main responsibilities:

    Pre-tenancy and end of tenancy

    • Coordinate pre-tenancy and end of tenancy appointments (check-ins/outs, cleans, process keys etc.)
    • Prepare and update the tenant property handbooks ahead of move-ins.
    • Ensure utilities are set up and closed down via the online portal.

    Property Management

    • Liaise with 3rd parties as required to ensure thorough onboarding for new properties.
    • Ensure keys are correctly logged and tagged.
    • Track inspection due dates, plan inspection itineraries on behalf of the Property Manager, liaise with tenants/3rd parties for access, and finalise reports once carried out.
    • Liaise with contractors to arrange and renew safety and compliance certificates.
    • Update deposit registrations with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
    • Monitor the general property management inbox and action as required.

    Contractor Management

    • Be the primary contact for contractors visiting the office.
    • Ensure contractor invoices are received promptly and accurately uploaded to the system.
    • Manage relationships with out of hours 3rd parties, ensuring they are kept informed with property portfolio changes.

    Candidate profile:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience within property administration.
    • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational & multi-tasking skills.
    • Technologically confident with accurate IT & data inputting skills.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • A proactive "can do" attitude.

    Location: Central London

    Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday

    Hybrid: 2 days working from home

    Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

    Driving licence: Not required

    Development: Career progression into property management is available (if desired).
