new opportunity with a multi disciplinary consultancy in the west midlands.

We're looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the Building Consultancy team of a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy.

For this role we are looking for either a chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Surveyor qualified by experience, ideally from a consultancy / private practice background.

Certainly you must be comfortable in a client facing role and in managing a team.

You will work closely with the team on a wide range of projects which include Education, industrial and commercial schemes with contract values up to around £5 million, working for interesting clients including motor manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, Schools / Universities, contractors and developers etc.

Whilst the role will ultimately include all aspects of building surveying there is more of a bias towards project work / contract administration.

There is considerable opportunity for career progression as this team continues to grow.

We're looking for an experienced team leader for this position, able to lead and support others being responsible for resourcing, service delivery and achieving the highest of standards in doing so.
