In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind captivating training materials that empower a Pan-European audience.

Reporting directly to the Agency Director, you'll take ownership of the entire content creation process - from brainstorming original ideas to crafting engaging and informative materials.

You'll translate complex training concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with learners across Europe.

Think outside the box to develop creative and interactive training materials, utilising a variety of formats like eLearning modules, workshops, and informative guides.

Keeping in mind the diverse European audience, you'll ensure your content is culturally sensitive and easily understood by all.

You'll collaborate closely with the Agency Director and other stakeholders to ensure the training materials seamlessly integrate with the overall development, delivery, and rollout plan.

In this role, you'll be a master information detective, delving into intricate training topics for leading automotive manufacturers. This includes crafting effective and informative content for a diverse audience. Adept at absorbing feedback, you'll continuously refine your work, ensuring your training materials truly resonate and shine.

Unleash your inner creative powerhouse This position puts you at the heart of the process, collaborating with our Creative Team and Agencies to transform a client's vision into a finished masterpiece.

You'll contribute to a range of exciting deliverables, from crafting informative eGuides to designing engaging workshops and developing cutting-edge digital learning experiences - all for our Product and Experience programmes.

You'll be a whiz with Microsoft Office 365, seamlessly navigating programmes like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create professional documents and presentations.

We're looking for someone with a willingness to learn new skills, specifically eLearning authoring software.
