In this role, You will

  • Support the Commercial Capability lead to coordinate capability activities, including training and workshops within and across markets, liaising with internal and external stakeholders across EMEA. Owning the Capability Microsoft Teams sites, organization and maintenance of content. Supporting the capability team in the creation of presentation material for meetings and training.
  • Provide full administrative support for the Revenue Growth Management & In-Market Execution Director EMEA and Digital and eCom Director including diary management, expenses etc.
  • On behalf of the EMEA team, raise vendor POs on SAP, tracking and managing the lifecycle of the payment process, ensuring that POs are raised in a timely and accurate manner and that vendors are paid promptly, and the overall management of budgets.
  • Ad hoc support for leadership team of the commercial and digital team.

Principal Responsibilities:


  • Creation and maintenance of Commercial Capability Microsoft Teams sites.
  • Set and maintain all capability material to a minimum and consistent standard.
  • Coordinate and organize all material for markets to easily access and utilize.
  • Drive user engagement of Microsoft Teams sites through suitable communications.
  • Support in creation and distribution of monthly reports and scorecards.
  • Organization of quarterly and ad hoc capability reviews with relevant markets.

EMEA:

Preparation - including pre-work, joining instructions, post evaluation and liaising with country HRBP/Capability leads to manage in country activities.


  • Including people, rooms, resources, material, visa and travel (where appropriate) for Subject Matter Experts RGM, Category, DPSM.
  • Appropriate diary management support within Capability & Digital Team.
  • Full Diary Management for EMEA RGM & IME, Digital & Ecom Directors Travel, Visa support when required.
  • Management of expenses.
  • Work with the team to cocreating the annual Capability Assessment.
  • Maintaining accurate lists of commercial roles across the region (Sales, Category, Marketing, Digital, E commerce).
  • On behalf of the EMEA team, raise vendor POs on SAP, tracking and managing the lifecycle of the payment process, ensuring that POs are raised in a timely and accurate manner and that vendors are paid promptly, and the overall management of budgets.
  • Onboarding / Induction planning for new starters.
  • Manage the EMEA Sales Capability Calendar and inbox.

This is a Fixed Term contract position for a duration of 10 months.
