- Job Title: Salaried GP.
- Sessions: 6-8 sessions per week depending on your preferences.
- Location: Worthing (West Sussex)
- Salary: Up to £11,500 per session depending on experience.
- Practice Overview: The surgery has GPs working alongside a multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Pharmacists, Specialist & Practice Nurses, as well as Paramedics. All are supported by a large administrative and management team. They use System one and surgery connect phone system.
- Qualified GP with full GMC Registration and CCT Certificate
- Currently on NHS England performer's list.
- Experience in Primary care settings, Continued Professional Development, General understanding of the GMS system. Experience of Medical management desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, effective time management, polite, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, with the ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
- Undertake a variety of duties including telephone and face to face surgery consultations.
- Deliver high effective medical care to the entitled Population
- Full Triage system ensuring that GP's see only patients they needs to.
- The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population
- The provision of services commensurate with the GMS contract
- Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance
- Effective management of long-term conditions
- Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance
