This is a fantastic opportunity for a
Recruitment Resourcer to work as part of an internal resourcing team and who is confident in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This would suit someone that has worked in an agency or with a high volume / industrial recruitment background.

Purpose of the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsible for updating and distributing resourcing trackers and kpi's as required
Ensuring that all allocated roles are worked on, keeping the Resourcing Manager up to date on the progress
Build talent pools for frequent vacancies and to develop an understanding of internal succession and talent development
Ensure all processes are maintained and followed with our ATS, and to keep up to date with all system updates
Ensure GDPR compliance by following Avara guidelines at all times

What you'll need to be successful:

Previous experience in high volume recruitment or working within an agency
Confident communication skills across all levels
Strong time management skills and organisation skills
Motivation and driven to be provide the best recruitment and onboarding experience
Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages word/excel/PowerPoint
Flexible approach to working hours to support a 24/7 working environment
