Our successful Skegness branch is currently recruiting for a Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist.In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating products, taking a proactive approach to help drive this part of the business forward.
Responsibilities and DutiesGrow the customer baseProviding quotations for customersPurchasing materials and managing stock levels for the categoryDealing with customers both face to face and over the telephoneGiving excellent customer service and sound product adviceTaking a proactive approach to plumbing and heating sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.
Qualifications and SkillsSound plumbing and heating product knowledge is essentialPrevious sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant environment or a builder's merchant environment is essentialConfident dealing with customersThe ability to build great customer relationshipsA good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literatePlease note this role will involve working alternate Saturday mornings.
