    Description

    Job Description As Group QHSE Director, you will bring your extensive experience to spearhead a safety culture throughout our global business and be responsible for devising and executing strategies and campaigns to keep our people safe and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


    Strategic Leadership - providing leadership in the development of the QHSE culture & be a senior source of expertise in QHSE
    Policy & procedure development – developing, implementing & maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are in compliance with applicable regulations & standards
    Compliance & risk management – managing internal & external audits, leading the generation of risk assessments, planning and risk mitigation and ensuring that the business has valid measures in place to track compliance

    Training & Education - providing technical guidance & training, regularly reviewing and updating QHSE documentation to enable the group to meet relevant standards, adopting a "One Team" approach.

    Incident Investigation & reporting - anticipating and responding to major developments in QHSE legislation and advising the executive team of opportunities and risks identified throughout the Group, and ensuring appropriate strategies and plans are developed and executed to address these.

    Environmental Management - managing the process of quality, health, safety and environmental performance data collection, its verification and analysis to prepare Group reports as required.
