The role looks after a team of 8 designers in Europe, supporting consultants with pitches, branding and design solutions.
This role is pivotal in defining design standards, operational efficiency and inspiring team culture.

There's tons of room to take it wherever you want but first and foremost the focus is on quality standards, bringing the team together and ensuring processes are smoothed out.

They feel the role needs someone with real gravitas to move the talented department forward.
