Juice is delighted to be partnering again with one of our favourite organisations, in their search for a Technical Support Advisor to join their team in central Bath.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Offering a 2nd line phone and ticket escalation routes for both customers and the Customer Service team
Supplying detailed troubleshooting of customer issues aiming to resolve all problems
Diagnosing faults and supporting the repair process
Assisting the installation Engineers
Training and guiding the customer service team to support on basic troubleshooting
Supporting with any other reasonable duties when requested to ensure all customers have a brilliant experience

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role
Good IT understanding and skills
Brilliant communication skills able to understand complex issues and explain solutions clearly
Ability to hit deadlines
Desire to learn
Positive and proactive attitude
