Description

We are looking for experienced Customer service advisors for our client in Central Preston.
Close to the central bus station and parking on site.


You will be taking calls, taking details and using the information on the computer to advise the telephone caller further.


There is plenty of training to ensure you are completely good to advise and you will be required to take a couple of basic tests to ascertain eye for detail, reading instruction etc. There will be a lot of personal information to take in so strict GDPR rules are followed at all times.


You must be able to Pass a DBS/CRB check and a basic financial check if you have adverse credit history.


This is for anyone with a good understanding and communicative English with a desire to work in a customer service environment.
