- Owning the project research for executive searches; from understanding the market to developing a search strategy and identifying candidates.
- Interacting with clients via briefing calls and update meetings
- Developing your sector knowledge and building market intelligence
- Sourcing, engaging and screening candidates; building relationships and assessing suitability
- Managing the database and portal for all assignments
- Working closely with Partners, Principals and Practice Managers to collectively deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience
- 1+ years' Executive Search experience; preferably within Sport, Media, Entertainment & Gaming, Lifestyle or Brands
- Experience of supporting Principals / Partners on executive search level projects
- Interacted with candidates beyond desk-based research
- Hybrid working from our London office
